RONDA INVEST provided a loan to a Czech transport company for the purchase of a mixed-use property in Velké Popovice, where the client created facilities for its drivers and transport equipment.
The client operates in transport. Thanks to the loan, it streamlined its business and its capacities remained sufficiently utilised even during movement restrictions related to coronavirus.
The loan is secured by the purchased property in Velké Popovice. The property includes a grocery store, restaurant, hairdresser, butcher’s shop, gaming room, offices, warehouses, non-disruptive production and a large accommodation facility with 33 rooms and about 80 beds. The building was put into use in 1990 and has been properly maintained and gradually modernised. The collateral value based on an independent valuation as of 14 September 2018 was CZK 26,600,000. The loan is repaid from the company’s road transport income.
