p.a. means per annum, i.e. yield calculated on an annual basis.

RONDA INVEST provided this loan to two self-employed individuals and one legal entity for the purchase of a family house in Veleň in the Prague-East district.
The clients trade in firewood and pellets. One of the client’s companies also manufactures stretch ceiling systems and walls used in pools, wellness centres, commercial premises and households.
The loan is secured by a family house in Veleň completed in 2013, with two above-ground floors, a 5+kk layout, brick structure, full utility connections, floor area of 190 m2, garden of 636 m2, garage, winter garden and brick shed. The collateral value based on an independent valuation as of 11 July 2019 was CZK 9,000,000. The loan is repaid from income from the above activities.
