Yield
The return represents the amount of money you get for the capital invested. It indicates the difference between the final value of the investment and the capital employed.
p.a. means per annum, i.e. yield calculated on an annual basis.

You invest CZK 10,000 with a return of 10% p.a. We will pay you the income in a proportional amount every month, you will get a total of CZK 1,000 in income per year.

RONDA INVEST provided the loan to a self-employed individual. The funds were provided without a specific purpose for the purchase of technological equipment for a joinery workshop and real estate – agricultural land.
The loan is secured by an apartment unit in Prague-Hostivař. The unit is on the 5th floor of a panel apartment building with a lift and includes a cellar cubicle. It has a 2+kk layout, apartment area of 42.10 m2 and cellar area of 2.20 m2. The collateral value based on an independent valuation as of 21 July 2020 was CZK 3,300,000. The unit and building are in good condition after partial renovations. The location offers nearby greenery and good public transport. Repayment sources are income from property rentals, economic consulting in state and EU subsidies, and operation of a smaller joinery workshop.
