Meet the loan client:
The loan was provided to a self-employed individual to repay liabilities to other creditors and develop business activities. The client and his companies operate in several fields. Since 1993 the client has provided consulting in accounting, tax and payroll processing, carries out construction contracts as a subcontractor and owns a microbrewery with a restaurant.
The loan is secured by a mortgage over a multi-generational house in Jílové u Prague, 20 km south of Prague. The building was created by converting and joining two original cottages, rebuilt in 2008 and approved in 2016. It contains 4 separately usable units and common rooms in the basement, has one above-ground floor and a residential attic, a usable area of 627.01 m2 and land area of 2,766 m2. The collateral value as of 16 October 2020 was CZK 13,400,000. Repayment sources are the client’s business activities, income of the debtor’s wife, a professional athlete, and income from renting 2 apartment units.
The calculator calculation is based on a model example of a one-time repayment loan investment (full principal repayment at the end of the loan term). Returns are paid to investors monthly, and the calculator does not consider reinvestment. The actual performance of the investment may differ from the model example. It represents gross yield, subject to taxation. At RONDA INVEST, there are no entry fees or regular fees.
