Meet the loan client:
The loan was provided to a Czech company engaged in long-term property rentals. The company owns several apartment units and the loan was provided to develop the applicant’s business. The secured units were acquired from the successfully completed Apartment Building – Prague-Smíchov project, whose reconstruction was financed by a RONDA INVEST loan in 2019.
The loan is secured by 2 apartment units in cadastral area Smíchov, Prague 5, in a reconstructed apartment building with a lift. The apartments are about a 10-minute walk from Nový Smíchov shopping centre and Anděl station and have excellent transport accessibility. The first unit has a 3+kk layout and net usable area of 64.80 m2; the second has a 3+kk layout and net usable area of 67.30 m2. The collateral value as of 22 March 2021 was CZK 17,150,000. Repayment sources are rental income from the apartment portfolio and other business activities; the principal will be repaid by bank refinancing or sale of the collateral.
The calculator calculation is based on a model example of a one-time repayment loan investment (full principal repayment at the end of the loan term). Returns are paid to investors monthly, and the calculator does not consider reinvestment. The actual performance of the investment may differ from the model example. It represents gross yield, subject to taxation. At RONDA INVEST, there are no entry fees or regular fees.
