The client has long been engaged in development activities, with the current request representing their fourth loan with RONDA INVEST. They own a construction company fully equipped with machinery, including rollers and both wheeled and tracked excavators. The client is primarily active in the Uherský Brod and Zlín regions, where they focus on the construction of modern, small-scale low-energy family homes.
At present, the client is developing two family houses in a nearby location and is also working on a project involving the construction of smaller apartment buildings. In the past, they successfully completed projects such as the construction and sale of 5-room family houses in the Uherský Brod area, as well as various other construction contracts including renovations and demolitions. All three existing loans with RONDA INVEST are being repaid properly and on time.
The collateral for the current loan is a semi-detached family house in Uherský Brod, which is nearing completion.
