RONDA INVEST provided this loan to a Czech limited liability company backed by two individual shareholders. The purpose was to finance the purchase of real estate abroad and refinance a liability with a financial institution. The client intends to develop tourism business abroad and gradually sell its real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic. The guarantors are the applicant’s shareholders and another individual.
The collateral is a set of properties in Babice–Řehenice, Benešov district, Central Bohemia: a house with a garden valued at CZK 7,000,000, a separate building plot valued at CZK 5,600,000 and a separate plot with an older wooden cottage intended for conversion valued at CZK 3,400,000. Repayment is expected from the sale of real estate assets in the Czech Republic.
