This is already the third loan provided to the client, who has been engaged in property development in Slovakia for the long term. The client primarily specializes in the construction of single-family and apartment buildings, as well as land development. The client is currently carrying out several projects, including in the cities of Nitra, Hviezdoslavov, and Dunajská Streda. The funds from this loan will primarily be used for the construction of one apartment building with 48 residential units as part of a comprehensive area development. A portion of the loan will be used to acquire land to expand parking spaces. Construction of two apartment buildings has commenced on the pledged property. The loan is drawn down gradually with regard to the progress of the construction. The total amount of the loan provided is CZK 81,000,000, with two tranches drawn totaling CZK 25,000,000.
