LTV indicates the ratio of the property’s value to the loan’s value. The lower the LTV, the higher the collateral.
LTV calculation = loan amount / estimated market price × 100
The client is an architect and is also involved in the development of smaller real estate projects, primarily in Bratislava and western Slovakia. He places strong emphasis on the attractiveness of the location and the quality of project execution. The collateral consists of land plots in Bratislava, where, as part of the current project, he is constructing four family houses (two semi-detached houses). CALCULATOR
