This is the fourth loan provided to the client in cooperation with RONDA INVEST. The client operates as a small-scale developer in the Central Bohemian Region, where he consistently seeks attractive opportunities on the real estate market—typically smaller and older rental apartment buildings intended for acquisition and subsequent renovation. His group specializes in both the revitalization of such properties and the provision of rental housing and commercial space. The focus is primarily on smaller-scale development projects in promising locations such as Hořovice, Příbram, and Vysoké Mýto. The current collateral consists of a terraced house in the town of Štětí, near Litoměřice. The client plans a full renovation and reconfiguration of the existing building, resulting in a residential apartment house with a total of eleven units. Construction and renovation work has begun. An amount of CZK 7,500,000 has been drawn from the provided loan.
